These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and hn999 ("hn999", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the hn999 website located at https://hn999.cam and all related services, including casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, crash games, and any other products made available through the platform.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting activity on hn999, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

• "Device" means any hardware (smartphone, tablet, desktop, laptop) used to access the hn999 platform.

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Platform" means the hn999 website, mobile interface, and all associated services available at https://hn999.cam.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory where access to or use of the Platform is unlawful under applicable local, national, or international law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it, or winnings derived from it, may be withdrawn.

To register and maintain an account on hn999, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

Each player is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must update your account details promptly if any information changes. hn999 shall not be liable for any issues arising from a player's failure to keep account details current.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify hn999 support immediately.

All deposits made to your hn999 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not permitted. hn999 reserves the right to return deposits received from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.

Payment method names referenced on the hn999 platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah — are cited as examples of the types of payment instruments familiar to Pakistani users. Their mention does not constitute an endorsement of gambling activity by those providers, nor does it guarantee that any specific method is currently available. Actual available deposit and withdrawal methods are displayed in the Cashier section of your account.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the Cashier section and are subject to change.
• Currency references on the platform may include PKR (Pakistani Rupee) as a contextual reference. The operator's supported transaction currency is confirmed in the Cashier.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC completion and may be subject to processing times that vary by method.

In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General principles applicable to all hn999 promotions include the following:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria are set per promotion and may include residency, account status, deposit history, or game type restrictions.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable multiplier is stated on the promotion page.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any systematic or professional exploitation of bonus structures — including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, or coordinated play designed to reduce house edge — is prohibited.
• hn999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend wagering requirements, or void bonus-related winnings where there is reasonable evidence of abuse or error.
• No promotion constitutes a guaranteed return, a guaranteed win, or a risk-free outcome. All gaming involves inherent risk.

All bets and game rounds placed on the hn999 platform are subject to the specific rules of each game or sports market, as communicated within the platform. By placing a bet or initiating a game round, you accept those rules in full.

• Minimum and maximum stakes vary by game and market. Current limits are displayed on the relevant game or betting interface.
• Sports betting markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC T20 and Test matches, football leagues, UFC events, and other markets — are settled in accordance with the official results of the relevant governing body. In-play bets are accepted at hn999's sole discretion.
• Cancellation of bets: Bets are final once confirmed. hn999 may void a bet in the event of a palpable error in odds or market formation, or in the event of a game or event being abandoned under circumstances defined in the market rules.
• Technical failures: In the event of a disconnection or technical fault during an active game round or bet, hn999 will resolve the outcome in accordance with the recorded game state at the point of failure, as captured by the platform's server logs. In cases where no valid game state can be established, the wager will be returned.
• Palpable errors: hn999 reserves the right to void bets struck at clearly incorrect odds or with obviously incorrect game parameters. Players who knowingly exploit such errors may have their accounts suspended.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hn999 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other method of circumventing geographic restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer game environments.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained via exploitation of a known error are not valid and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the platform to process the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing platform staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the platform's software, content, or data.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission.
• Use any automated tool to extract, scrape, or aggregate content or data from the platform.
• Frame or mirror the platform on any external website or application.
• Use the hn999 brand, trademarks, or logos in any manner without prior written authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hn999 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gaming or betting outcomes.
• Platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
• Loss or corruption of data.
• Any reliance placed on information published on the platform.

hn999 makes no warranty that the platform will operate free of interruption or error, that any specific game or market will remain available at any given time, or that the platform will be compatible with every device or connection type. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

hn999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 08.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• Request by a regulatory body or law enforcement authority.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative fee as set out in current operator policy.

You may close your account at any time by contacting hn999 support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no investigation is pending.

The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by hn999 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

In summary, hn999 collects personal data necessary to operate player accounts, verify identity, process transactions, and comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations. We do not sell personal data to third-party marketers.

hn999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the hn999 platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the changes take effect.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hn999 holds its applicable operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory consumer protection law in your place of residence.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under the mandatory laws of your own jurisdiction. hn999 does not seek to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation.
